What makes The Button Farm Club different from other clubs?

Our Fabulous Designer!!  Anglea Moen puts in long creative hours designing your kits.  Each Kit comes with step-by-step Full Color Instructions. You can follow along or alter your kit to fit your needs.   This gal is top notch and makes sure each month you get her best!

Mini Kit Club

The Button Farm Club offers exciting paper crafting project kits exclusive to club members, featuring the hottest materials on the market.  You can expect the same high quality kits that you have enjoyed from The Button Farm in the past.  Each kit is thoughtfully planned, packed and delivered to your door monthly, complete with full color detailed instructions.

One of the most unique and fun features of the Button Farm Club is the altered project included in each kit. From clipboards to mini albums, and paint cans to tag books, there will always be something fun to create each and every month. These altered projects can be used as meaningful gifts or priceless family treasures.

In order to bring you the wide variety of products with each month’s unique kit, the kit price will vary from month to month.   The Range is from $35.00 to $65.00 per month.

The price varies to allow our designer to create the highest quality projects without strict cost limitations. These kits are of the highest quality, they are designed to be Timeless Family Heirlooms.  At times, add ons may also be available for an additional cost and will be shipped along with your monthly kit should you choose to purchase them.  You may email laura@buttonfarmclub.com if you have any questions.

Q. What day of the month will my credit card be billed?
A. Billing will occur on the 9th of each month. If you sign up prior to the 9th, you will be billed nothing initially, charged on the 9th of that month, and you will receive that month’s kit. If you signup after the 9th of the month, you will not be billed until the 9th of the following month, and the first kit you receive will be next month’s kit. If past kits are being purchased, credit cards are charged immediately and shipping occurs shortly thereafter.

Q. When will TBFC ship my monthly kit?
A. Kits ship near the 15th of each month via United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS, depending on your location. Kits shipped in the United States are shipped priority mail which usually takes 1-3 business days. International shipments sent via USPS  can take 1-3 weeks. Shipping to the United States and shipping internationally may take a little longer during times of heavy mail traffic (i.e. holidays).

Q. Can I skip kits?
A. We realize at time that cash may be short or you might not prefer the design of the month. Skipping kits is allowed according to the following:

6-month subscription: 1 deferment allowed
12-month subscription: 2 deferment allowed

To skip a month, simply email us at laura@buttonfarmclub.com before the 9th of the month you wish to skip. You will not be billed for the kit, and your subscription length will remain the same.  No deferrals will be allowed after billing has occurred.


General FAQ

Q. What if I need to change my shipping or billing information?
A. You can manage your billing and shipping information on your My Account page at any time. Information is secured 

Q. What forms of payment does TBFC accept?
A. The Button Farm currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards for subscription and non-subscription purchases. Additionally, PayPal may be used for non-subscription purchases.


Q. When does my subscription begin?
A. If you sign up prior to the subscription’s billing date, your subscription will begin with the current month’s kit. If you sign up after the subscription’s billing date for that month, your subscription will begin with next month’s kit. Please see your subscription’s information for the billing date.

Q.What if I have to cancel my subscription due to financial issues, or other extenuating reasons?
A. A $15.00 fee is assessed when a kit subscription is canceled.  This is an unfortunate situation, but we must charge this fee since we are ordering kits several months in advance based on current subscriptions.  In addition to the $15 cancellation fee, you will forfeit the member discount and will be charged the difference between the kit price and the discount you received for each month you were a member.  Any cancellation requests received after the 9th of the month will take effect the following month.

Q. How do I renew my kit subscription?
A. Kit renewal is super easy! All subscriptions are automatically renewed each month. After your initial subscription period you may cancel at any time without paying the cancellation fee. This way you do not have to worry about missing a kit or responding to a renewal notice. Cancellation of renewals must be recevied before the 9th of the month. Any requests to cancel after billing occurs will be made effective the following month.

Q. Why can’t I pay for my subscription using PayPal?
A. Unfortunately, PayPal doesn’t currently allow synchronized billing dates, which we use to structure our subscriptions. So for now, all subscriptions must be purchased via credit card through our Stripe payment gateway.

Q. I want to purchase a page kit club subscription and a mini album kit club subscription. Why can’t I add more than one subscription to my cart at a time?
A. Our current subscription system requires each individual subscription to be purchased on a separate order. So while you can purchase a subscription and regular products together on one order, if you would like to purchase more than one subscription, each subscription must be purchased separately.


Q. May I ship my kit to someone else? 
A. Yes, you may ship your kit to someone else. If you would like to do this, please email us by the first of the month with the address to which you’d like it shipped.

Q. What if my kit is damaged in shipping?
A. We take great pride in carefully packaging your kit. However, occasionally a package is damaged in shipping. If your kit has been damaged please email us at: Laura@buttonfarmclub.com and arrangements will be made to return the damaged kit and replace it with a new one. If the kit is no longer available, we will either refund your purchase or extend your membership an additional month.  Please check kit contents upon arrival, after 60 days we can’t guarantee availability of products.

Q. How do you figure shipping costs?
A. Shipping is calculated by weight and dimensions using current USPS rates. You can now choose your shipping speed and cost at checkout. International rates are included.
