Button Farm Club Retreat Policies

Payments

• A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your seat.
• Remaining balances are due 60 days before the event.
• Unpaid registrations may be canceled after the due date and the seat released.

Cancellations & Transfers

• Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Cancellations made more than 45 days before the event may receive a credit for the amount paid, less the deposit, to be used toward a future Button Farm Club retreat within one year.
• Cancellations made 45 days or less before the event are not eligible for refunds, credits, or transfers.

Event Credits

• Credits must be used within one year of the cancellation date and are valid for one future retreat only.
• Seats are not guaranteed until a new registration is completed and are subject to availability.

Seat Transfers

• You may transfer your retreat seat to another attendee at any time.
• Button Farm Club must be notified of the transfer via email.
• The sale or transfer of the seat is the responsibility of the original attendee.

Classes & Merchandise

• Class fees, kits, and merchandise purchases are non-refundable.
• Class registrations may be transferred to another attendee with advance notification to Button Farm Club.

Cancellation Requests
